Tamara Little

Tamara is the Owner and Chief Client Advisor of Coast Communications and Public Affairs, a small Vancouver-based consulting firm. For the last 20 years Tamara’s main interest has been how to bring an integrated set of solutions to help organizations communicate with audiences and achieve broad support for major infrastructure and other projects.  As a trained Anthropologist Tamara brings a social scientist’s commitment to using research and insights on which to base and measure programs.

Before founding Coast Communications Tamara spent 8 years at Canada’s top two public relations and public affairs firms doing both PR and GR. Before that she spent 11 years in public service with municipal and provincial governments, primarily as a manager and director of communications for a number of Provincial Cabinet members and ministries.

Tamara grew up in Penticton BC and is very active as a community volunteer, including on the Board of the Kettle Society, which provides mental health programs and advocacy.
