2016 Award of Distinction Luncheon

Since 2001 the PAAC has presented an Award of Distinction to a member of the public affairs community who, over their career, has made a significant contribution to public affairs in Canada.

This year’s Award of Distinction Luncheon will be held at The Toronto Region Board of Trade on Thursday, June 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $80.00* (Please note: Award of Distinction Luncheon tickets are included in Annual Conference registration fees)

The recipient of the 2016 Award of Distinction is: Greg-Lyle

Greg is the founder and Managing Director of Innovative Research Group Inc. (INNOVATIVE), a national public opinion research and strategy firm with offices in Toronto and Vancouver.

As a former Principal Secretary to Manitoba Premier Gary Filmon, Greg has built a career at the intersection of public opinion, communications and public policy.  With over 20 years of communications and opinion research experience, Greg uses a full range of research tools to provide strategic counsel clients across a variety of.

Greg’s polls have been highlighted in media across the country.  In this election he is doing strategic polls for the Hill Times and ad testing for the Globe Mail and he will be drawing from those studies for this presentation.
