Reporting to Palette’s Executive Director, the Research and Evaluation Lead (RE Lead) will support the various research and evaluation activities that support program development, partnerships, and overall growth. This role leads the research activities undertaken at Palette, including labour market research to support program development, evaluating program impact, overseeing external research partnership projects, and providing research support in the creation of grants, proposals and other reports.
